Distribution. From 4°29´-10°18´S and 74°47´-78°20´W at a mean elevation of 498 (170-950) m on eastern Andean foothills in Peru (map).
There is geographic discontinuity, and morphological variation in leaves, but too few specimens to test for differences amongst areas.
