Exhibition of scientific illustration by Bobbi Angell in the Lobby of the Watson Building, New York Botanical Garden, featuring orchids drawn for James Ackerman's family treatment for The Flora of The Greater Antilles and vines of Puerto Rico, drawn for Pedro Acevedo-Rodríguez' Bejucos y Plantas Sarmentosas de Puerto Rico y Islas Vírgenes. The exhibit will run through July 10th.
The Herbarium staff will provide orientation to all users of the new facilities when they arrive at the Herbarium. Off hours usage during the Symposium period can be arranged at orientation time.
The LuEsther T. Mertz Library will be open Wednesday 21 June and Thursday 22 June at Noon to 6 PM. On Friday 23 June and Saturday 24 June, it will be open from Noon to 5 PM.
Book exhibition and sales by The NYBG Press in the Lobby of the International Plant Science Center during business hours on Friday of the Symposium or at The NYBG Press office on the second floor of The Museum Building before or after the Symposium. Cash or credit cards will be accepted for purchases.
