- A Non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $400 per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. All checks should be made payable to The New York Botanical Garden and sent to Carol Gracie, New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY 10458-5126. Early reservations are recommended, as space is limited to 17 registrants.
- Payment Schedule:
- $ 400 Deposit due at time of registration
- $ 800 Second payment due November 15, 1999
- $1140 Final payment due December 15, 1999
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable. At the time of receipt of written notice of cancellation, the following additional fees will apply:

- Dec. 15, 1999...................................................................................100% of land cost
- International airfare is subject to standard refund policy of the carrier.
