Moore in the Garden
Explore this outdoor exhibition of the work of famed 20th-century sculptor Henry Moore—
Moore in America: Monumental Sculpture at The New York Botanical Garden. Inspired in
part by nature’s forms, Moore created large-scale works of abstract art, twenty of which are
displayed throughout the Garden grounds. Guided by an instructor, students will investigate
some of these works up close, and then create their own inspired art work.
