Saturday:

11 a.m. The Season’s Harvest Goes Artisanal
Join CEO and executive chef Ella Nemcova of the artisanal food company Regal Vegan, who will talk about how to make the most of the season's harvest. Chef Ella is a local food producer and the brains behind vegan Faux Gras and Basilicotta—a vegan cheese spread. In her talk you'll learn how to eat with the seasons, how to pick the best produce and what to do with it. Afterwards, come by the Regal Vegan booth and try some of the creations inspired by the principles of seasonal eating.

12 p.m. So You Think You Know Riesling?
Come explore the multifaceted Riesling grape with Casa Larga vineyard's Wholesale Brand Ambassador, Leslie Arduser-Brogan, who will demonstrate that there is a Riesling for everyone—yes, even you dry wine lovers! You will sample Casa Larga's Dry, Medium Dry and Vineyard Hill (Medium Sweet) Rieslings and discover not only why the noble Riesling grape has made the Finger Lakes region of New York internationally renowned, but also what makes Casa Larga's Rieslings something special.

2 p.m. One Pot Wonderful
Chef William Cornelius showcases his culinary entertainment and seasonal sizzle with the bounty of the harvest. Combining numerous fresh vegetables and Chef William Creations products, he will prepare two of his newest and sinfully simple recipes—a "Souper Harvest" with Smoked Ham & Black Bean Chowder and a Cabernet Beef Stroganoff that will make guests think you were in the kitchen all day!

3 p.m. Brotherhood, America's Oldest Winery, Takes a New World Turn
Join us as we visit the new vision of Brotherhood. What used to be known as a winery that made sweet, & fruity wines, is now a winery with a vision of quality, and superb varietals. We will take you to each of the terrains of Brotherhood's vineyards, where you'll taste our wines made with grapes from the Finger Lakes, Long Island, and Hudson, N.Y. Not only will you taste our amazing reds, and our signature Rieslings, but we will also take you to our new project of hard apple cider making all made with 100% NY apples.

Sunday:

11 a.m. One Pot Wonderful

12 p.m. From Grain to Grass
Ken Hettinger has been making beer for decades. He is the brew master for Jonas Bronck and Happy Elephant Beer brands and will help explain how beer gets from dry grain to this refreshing beverage that is popular all around the world.

3 p.m. Cabernet Franc in the Vineyard
Sheldrake Point Winery’s Assistant Winemaker and Wine Sales Manager Tyler Tauck will take you through the different winemaking methods for Cabernet Franc, the signature red grape of New York’s wine country. You will be able to sample estate bottled red, rosé, and ice wine all made from Cabernet Franc grown at Sheldrake Point Vineyard on the shore of Cayuga Lake and taste for yourself the variety of flavorful wines this often underappreciated grape can produce.

Harvest Market

11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Enjoy samples from our many food, beer, and wine samplers. Picnic foods and beverages are also available for purchase from Steven STARR Events, including bratwurst, potato salad, pumpkin pie, and more. Food trucks with both savory and sweet options round out the delicious offerings for purchase.
