Holiday Train Show Attendants (Visitor Services - Position Application Number: VE-0240):

Busy cultural institution seeks Attendants to greet and direct visitors to events, exhibitions and tours; collect admission and parking fees; and sell combination tickets and memberships. Assist with Tram narration and provide visitors with positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS

·        High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

·        Desire and ability to work outdoors; interact with the public; excellent

communication skills; ability to operate cash register; basic math skills.

·        Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

·        Second language preferred.

·        Previous customer service experience desired.

·        Valid NYS Drivers License a plus.

This is a part time seasonal position..
