Profile

Kristin is currently Acting Director of Outdoor Gardens as well as Curator of Herbaceous Collections. She oversees planning, planting, and maintenance for the Perennial Garden, Herb Garden, Ladies’ Border, Azalea Garden, Seasonal Walk, Home Gardening Center, Everett Children’s Adventure Garden as well as seasonal plantings in the Visitor Center and entrances and herbaceous collections such as daffodils, peonies, and iris. She worked closely with designers and staff on planting design, plant selection, and installation of the new 11-acre Azalea Garden which opened in April 2011. Before joining the Garden in 2009, Kristin worked managing perennials and display gardens at a nursery in Connecticut and as garden editor for the Martha Stewart Living television program.

Tuesday - Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Closed most Mondays, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day.
