Bird Walk Saturdays -- 9/5/2009 - 6/26/2010: 11 a.m. Location: Meet at the Reflecting Pool in the Leon Levy Visitor Center
Discover the birds that use the Botanical Garden. Bring your binoculars and walk the Garden grounds with a bird expert and National Audubon Society member. You'll search for our feathered friends and learn more about bird-friendly habitats, passage birds, and those that make a permanent home at the Garden.
There will be no bird walks on November 28 or December 26, 2009.

Join a staff member for a one-hour tour of this exhibition, which spotlights rarely seen books, botanical art and original manuscript material from the rich collections of the LuEsther T. Mertz Library. The exhibition is in the William D. Rondina and Giovanni Foroni LoFaro Gallery.
