		<description><![CDATA[Wow! I remember Karl and Aija.  Karl actually conducted my first interview for the Internship program.  I completed my hours and was hired on a part-time basis on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.  I was even given the honor of speaking at the grand opening of the Everett Children&#039;s Adventure Garden.  I loved my time here, all that I learned and all the friends that I made.]]></description>
