Requests to reproduce NYBG Press material
Most requests, including requests to reproduce all artwork, must be submitted directly to The NYBG Press using the NYBG Permission Form.
In certain cases, requests can be made using our authorized permissions agent, Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). The CCC can provide you with permissions for the reproduction of material from many NYBG Press titles if material is being used for the following:
- Photocopying for academic use only
- Password-protected electronic distribution for academic use only
- Non-academic photocopying
The CCC instant permission grant facility requires you to submit a self-service permission request form via Internet. CCC will always advise you of the related permission fees before accepting your order. Telephone assistance with the CCC permission process is available at 978-750-8400.
