Acknowledgement on Orchid Show banners located at the Garden entrances along Kazimiroff Boulevard, seen by more than 1.3 million motorists during the run of the exhibition.
Inclusion in Advertising
A credit line will appear on select show-related print and outdoor advertising. This past year, advertising resulted in more than 20.7 million impressions. Outlets included The New York Times, Newsday, and The Journal News as well as bus sides throughout Manhattan and the Bronx.
Credit Line on On-site Signage
Recognition on signage at the exhibition entrance, as well as on on-site posters promoting the exhibition in the months prior to its opening, and directional signage located throughout the Botanical Garden resulting in more than 450,000 impressions.
Credit in Publications and Collateral Materials
Recognition of sponsorship in the exhibition map and brochure (95,000), the exhibition rack card (25,000 distributed throughout New York City), on invitations to the Patrons Viewing and Reception (5,000), and on other collateral materials related to the exhibition.

Invitation to be involved in the Patrons Viewing and Reception, attended by nearly 300 donors and friends. A company representative will serve as co-host of the event, and the company will have the opportunity to invite clients and VIPs to this special evening. The company will also have the opportunity to host one private event at the Garden during the exhibition at cost (rental fee waived).
Recognition on selected pages of www.nybg.org relating to The Orchid Show, seen by approximately 60,000 users per month in February and March 2008.
