General FAQs:

Q: How early should I plan to arrive?
A: We recommend that you plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your ticket time on weekdays and one (1) hour prior to your time on weekends.

Q: Can I still see The Orchid Show if I arrive late?
A: Yes. You will enter at the next available time slot.

Q: Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
A: There are no refunds or exchanges.

Q: Can I re-enter The Orchid Show after I have viewed it?
A: You may view The Orchid Show as well as our permanent exhibition in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, The World of Plants, as many times as you wish, but you may only enter the Conservatory once.

Q: Are strollers permitted in The Orchid Show?
A: Strollers are permitted throughout the Garden but are not permitted inside the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory or in the Discovery Center at the Everett Children's Adventure Garden. Stroller parking places are designated in both areas.

Q: Is photography permitted in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory?
A: Photography is permitted (except for commercial use); however, tripods, monopods, and art easels are not permitted in the Conservatory.

Q: Is food permitted in The Orchid Show?
A: Food or drinks (water is acceptable) are not permitted in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. The Garden has two cafes: at the Visitors Center, open 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and another, the Garden Cafe, near the Conservatory, open 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Q: Are there restrooms in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory?
A: Yes. If you are waiting in the exhibition tent, the nearest restrooms are at the Visitor Center and at the Garden Cafe.
