Q: Do I have to reserve timed tickets to see The Orchid Show?
A: We recommend reserving your timed tickets to guarantee your admission on the day and time of your choosing. You can do this online or on site at the Garden without a fee, or call 212.721.6500 (a per ticket service fee for phone orders will apply). You will need your Membership Category, Member Number, and Member Access Code. Same-day tickets are available via the Web or phone. There is limited availability on site, but these tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Where do I find instructions to reserve tickets online?

Q: How do I get my Access Code?
A: Your Access Code will be mailed to you prior to the start of the exhibition. If you do not have your Access Code (or don’t know your Membership Category or Member Number) you may e-mail membership@nybg.org or call 718.817.8724. To find out where to look for your Member Number or Access Code, click here.

Q: How many tickets can I reserve?
A: Your level of Membership will determine the number of free timed tickets you may reserve. Individual and Individual Senior Memberships include one adult admission ticket; Dual, Dual Senior, Garden Club, and Teacher Memberships include two adult admission tickets; Family, Family & Friends, Family Senior, Friend, Lifetime, Senior Citizen, Supporting, and Supporting Senior Memberships include two adult admission tickets and five child tickets; Contributing, Gardener, Grand Gardener, and Sustaining Memberships include four adult admission tickets and five child tickets.

Q: How do I redeem my guest passes?
A: Guest passes can only be redeemed at the Garden ticket windows. We will try to accommodate you and your guests so that you can view the exhibition together.

Q: Do I need my Membership Card?
A: Yes, please bring your Membership Card with you when you visit the Garden to expedite the check-in process. If you cannot locate or do not have your Membership Card, we can verify your Membership status at our ticket windows. There is a $5 fee to replace lost Membership Cards.

Q: Do I need parking passes?
A: Individual, Individual Senior, Dual, Dual Senior, Garden Club, Teacher, Family, Family & Friends, Family Senior, and Senior Citizen Members will need to present a Members Parking Pass for free parking. Contributing, Friend, Gardener, Grand Gardener, Supporting, Supporting Senior, and Sustaining Members need to show their Membership Card for free parking.

Q: If I am a Corporate Member, how do I find out my Access Code?
A: Please e-mail our Corporate Relations Department at corporate-relations@nybg.org or call 718.817.8850 with any questions regarding your company’s Corporate Membership.

Q: If I am a Garden Patron, how do I find out my promotional code?
A: You can contact the Garden Patrons Program at 718-817-8553 or email gardenpatrons@nybg.org.
