To celebrate, the Garden will be open Monday, October 10, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.<\/a> And you know what makes it even better? The weather forecast<\/a> is looking gorgeous<\/em>! Such a welcome change after so many grey, rainy, dreary weekends.<\/p>\n

What is there to do on a beautiful fall weekend at The New York Botanical Garden<\/a>? So much! There’s kiku<\/em><\/a> and bonsai<\/a>, leaf peeping in the Forest<\/a>, the Haunted Pumpkin Garden<\/em><\/a>, walking tours, birdwatching<\/a>, home gardening demonstrations, music performances, and so much more (don’t forget to stop and smell the roses<\/a>). Meet at the Reflecting Pool in the Leon Levy Visitor Center<\/em>
\nSearch for the birds that use the Botanical Garden in various seasons. Bring your binoculars and walk the Garden grounds with our bird expert, Debbie Becker, looking for the species that live here year-round as well as those just migrating through: owls, hawks, songbirds, and more. Learn about the bird-friendly plants and habitats that provide food, shelter, and nesting sites.<\/p>\n

Spooktacular Pumpkin Party \u2013 11 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m.<\/h4>\n

Everett Children’s Adventure Garden<\/em>
