I kid you not, and speaking of kids, they won&#8217;t mind eating their vegetables when served like this. Click through for a quick and simple way to make a cauliflower pizza crust that you can cover with your preferred toppings.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: larger;\">Cauliflower Pizza Dough<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Via <em><a title=\"Rachel Ray Show Cauliflower Pizza Crust Dough\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rachaelrayshow.com\/recipe\/17239_Cauliflower_Pizza_Dough\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Rachel Ray Show<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>1 pound cauliflower florets<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>In a food processor, process cauliflower until finely chopped.<\/li>\n<li>In a microwave-safe bowl, cook cauliflower for five minutes or until tender. Place cauliflower in a towel, and squeeze out excess water so it is completely dry.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix egg and cauliflower until well-combined.<\/li>\n<li>On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread cauliflower dough out until it resembles a pizza round.
