The Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden<\/a> is already approaching peak color, as more and more of our nearly 700 rose cultivars display their the seasonal reds, whites, yellows, and pinks.<\/p>\n

On June 6 and 7, you are invited to stroll through the colorful and fragrant rose bushes while enjoying live music, plant care demonstrations and tours with expert rosarians, and light summer refreshments in the shade of the garden’s overlooks.<\/p>\n

You can follow the progress of the Rose Garden’s seasonal bloom with our Rose Watch<\/a> visualizer. From dedicated rosarians to casual admirers of these timeless flowers, anyone can enjoy the weekend activities in the midst of the Rose Garden’s seasonal beauty. Join a staff gardener as they cover standard rose care practice, from fertilizing to pruning, or simply enjoy live acoustic performances featuring the melodies of harp and cello.<\/p>\n
