Reservations: A Non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $400 per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. All checks should be made payable to The New York Botanical Garden and sent to Carol Gracie, New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY 10458-5126. Early reservations are recommended, as space is limited to 18 registrants.


Payment Schedule:

$ 400 Deposit due at time of registration

$ 800 Second payment due Friday, August 29, 2003

$ 2095 Final payment due Friday, October 24, 2003


Cancellation & Refund Policy:

 

The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable. At the time of receipt of written notice of cancellation, the following additional fees will apply:

 

Prior to August 29 , 2003..........................................................$200

August 29 - October 24, 2003..................................................$400

After October 24, 2003.............................................................100% of land cost

International airfare is subject to standard refund policy of the carrier.

Registrants will be sent information on travel arrangements and documents, health requirements, and suggested reading and packing lists.
