Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca (Wulf.:Fr.) R. Maire

Widespread in Europe and North America, H. aurantiaca was found for the first time near San Gerardo de Dota. Its growth on dead wood and the orange, dichotomously forked lamellae are distinctive. Sometimes it is mistaken for Cantharellus cibarius.
