$2895, single supplement $220
Flights: Reservations are to be made by the individual traveler. This affords you the opportunity to extend your stay at either end or to use frequent flyer miles. Please make your reservations early to coordinate with our meeting and departure times in Venice, Italy. We will begin our tour at about 4 pm on June 18th at the Venice airport and say goodbye at the same airport early afternoon on June 27th.

-Accommodations (double occupancy; limited single supplements available for an additional $220)

Not Included:

-Air Transportation
-Passport and Visa fees
-Beverages other than those included with meals
-Expenses prior to meeting or after drop-off at Venice Airport

Reservations:

A non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $400 per person is required to reserve a place on the tour. All checks should be made payable to The New York Botanical Garden and sent to Carol Gracie, The New York Botanical Garden, Bronx , NY 10458-5126. Early reservations are recommended, as interest in this trip is already high.

Payment Schedule:

$ 400 Deposit due at time of registration
$ 800 Second payment due January 15th, 2007
$ 1695 Final payment due March 1, 2007

Cancellation &
Refund Policy:

The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable. At the time of receipt of written notice of cancellation, the following additional fees will apply:

Prior to January 15, 2007 $200.00
Prior to March 1, 2007 $400.00
After March 1, 2007 100% of land cost
 International airfare is subject to the standard refund policy of the carrier.

Registrants will be sent information on travel arrangements and documents, health requirements, and suggested reading and packing lists.
