Getting to the Garden is Easy!
When your class is in session and the Garden is not open to the public, use the Mosholu Gate; otherwise use the Conservatory Gate. The Mosholu Entrance is the second right after turning on to Kazimiroff Boulevard from Bronx River Parkway (exit 7W).

Directions

By Metro North Railroad
From Grand Central Terminal or Westchester: Harlem Local Line direct to the Garden Gate (Botanical Garden Station).

By Car
From Manhattan (East Side): FDR Drive to the Triborough Bridge. After bridge, bear left and follow signs to the Bronx. Proceed to the Bruckner Expressway. Continue on Bruckner Expressway East to Bronx River Parkway North, taking Exit 7W, marked Fordham Road. Stay to the right, keeping the Garden on your right at all times. Follow around onto Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard and turn right at the next light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

From Manhattan (West Side): West Side Highway to Exit 24, Mosholu Parkway. Take Mosholu Parkway to the end, which is Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Turn right and pass two traffic lights. Continue around the Garden perimeter and turn left at the next light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

From Westchester: Cross County Parkway East or West to Bronx River Parkway South to Exit 7W, marked Fordham Road. Stay in right lane to the traffic light and turn right onto Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Continue around the Garden perimeter and turn right at the first light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

From New Jersey: George Washington Bridge to Henry Hudson Parkway North to Exit 24, Mosholu Parkway. Take Mosholu Parkway to the end, which is Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Turn right and pass two traffic lights. Continue around the Garden perimeter and turn left at the next light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

From Connecticut: New England Thruway (I-95) to Exit 8C, Pelham Parkway West. Continue on Pelham Parkway, which turns into Fordham Road, for two miles, then move into the right lane to Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Turn right and continue around the Garden perimeter and turn right at the first light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate. OR Merritt Parkway to Hutchinson River Parkway South to Cross County Parkway West. Continue to Bronx River Parkway South to Exit 7W, Fordham Road. Stay in the right lane to the traffic light and turn right onto Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Continue around the Garden perimeter and turn right at the first light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

From Long Island: Throgs Neck Bridge to I-95 North to Exit 8C, Pelham Parkway West. Continue on Pelham Parkway, which turns into Fordham Road, for two miles, then move into right lane to Southern (Kazimiroff) Boulevard. Turn right and continue around the Garden perimeter and turn right at the first light into the Garden at Conservatory Gate.

By Subway From NYC
"D" or "4" trains to Bedford Park Boulevard. Walk southeast on Bedford to the Garden, or take the "Bx-26" bus to the Garden gate.
