Miembros del Jardín reciben acceso exclusivo al Show de Orquídeas y a la programación especial antes de la inauguración al público. Sea de los primeros en ver y apreciar este reconocido show anual. Miembros reciben entrada gratuita pero se requieren boletos oficiales para el acceso. Puede reservar boletos en línea o adquirirlos en cualquiera de los puntos de venta dentro del Jardín a su llegada.

Domingo, abril 10; 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Durante estos tres días los miembros recibirán:

  • Estacionamiento gratuito con carné de miembro vigente
  • 20% de descuento en todas las compras en la Tienda NYBG
  • 10% de descuento en comidas dentro del Jardín
  • Hasta cuatro entradas a mitad de precio para amigos y familiares

Políticas del pase para invitados

Los pases para invitados o Guest passes serán aceptados para el Show de Orquídeas con carné de miembro vigente durante el horario normal del Jardín. Estos pases no aplican para Atardecer de Orquídeas y otros eventos especiales.

Roaming Orchid Guides

Garden guides highlight parts of the permanent collection and special exhibition to add insight to your experience of The Orchid Show. They will provide an in-depth look at rare and extraordinary orchid specimens on display.

Book Signing: The Rooftop Growing Guide by Annie Novak

Enjoy an intimate conversation, Q&A, and light refreshments with the Garden's own Annie Novak as she discusses the journey of writing her new book, The Rooftop Growing Guide: How to Transform Your Roof into a Garden or Farm. Annie is the Manager of the Edible Academy at NYBG; founder and director of Growing Chefs, a field-to-fork food education program; and co-founder and head farmer of Eagle Street Rooftop Farm in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Copies of the book will be available for purchase courtesy of NYBG Shop.

Join us for a discussion of some of the easiest orchids to grow in your home. Discover the best varieties to grow and learn basic maintenance routines so that your orchids thrive and flower for years.

Parul Shah Dance Company

1 & 3:30 p.m.

Parul Shah's work builds on the dance form's mythological storytelling roots to explore universal narratives, using a rich movement vocabulary that communicates the dynamic and often paradoxical nature of modern life. While preserving the emotive quality unique to Indian classical dance, Shah tells her own stories that foster understanding, empathy, and relationships between audience and performer.
