Bring your family and friends to the Garden! Groups of 15 or more adults receive a discount on full-price admission to the Garden! You'll also receive personalized service from our expert and friendly staff, and you can customize your visit with a private tour or a meal at one of our lovely cafes for an additional cost.

Whether it's your garden club, your church organization, or just a bunch of friends, everyone enjoys a great discount when you purchase a minumum of 15 tickets in advance.

Enid A. Haupt Conservatory Tour

Year-round

Your group can discover a tropical rain forest, a cactus-filled desert, and an ever-changing landscape of magnificent flowers and lush foliage in the nation's premier Victorian-style glasshouse. The Conservatory also hosts the Botanical Garden's popular seasonal flower shows and exhibitions, including The Orchid Show and Holiday Train Show.

Guided Tram Tour

March through November

This special tram tour for groups offers a relaxing and informative way to see much of this National Historic Landmark's beautiful natural terrain, including dramatic rock outcroppings, a river and waterfall, ponds, and rolling hills.

Guided Walking Tour

March through November

A Garden Tour Guide-led walking tour allows your group to take pleasure in the highlights of a particular garden or special exhibit. Experience exquisite flora in the Perennial Garden, brilliant colors along Seasonal Walk, jewel-like alpine flowers in the Rock Garden and more.

Self-Guided Tours

All-Garden Pass
Year-round

Groups are welcome to tour the Garden on their own. Contact the Group Tours office at 718.817.8687 for possible itineraries for your group. The self-guided ticket includes entrance into the Enid Haupt Conservatory, the Everett's Children's Adventure Garden, the Rock and Native Plant Gardens, and an audio narrated tour of the Garden on the public tram.

Take a private, expert-led tour of our Home Gardening Center—the must-see destination for creative design ideas for gardens and landscapes. Or take a tour behind-the-scenes with one of our award-winning curators in the majestic and historic Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. These are just samples of the truly special tours we can create—each one crafted specifically to your group's needs and wishes.

Gift Tours

Gift certificates for Garden tours are the perfect fit for any occasion. Many of our guests use them to mark a special event such as a birthday or anniversary. Gift tours are available for groups of up to ten visitors, are one hour long, and are led by an expert Garden guide. Gift tours may take place during public or private hours, and rates vary accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any tours that would accommodate my group who are elderly and cannot do a lot of walking?

Although your Garden visit will entail some walking, a tram tour would provide your guests with an overview of the Garden's 250 acres.

How many people does the tram hold?

The tram can hold a maximum of 48 passengers. However, if wheelchairs or walkers need to be transported, this number will decrease.

Do you offer dining options?

Yes, for groups of 20 or more, we can provide special meal plans that include an exclusive area for your guests.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes you can bring your own food. Our public Picnic Pavilion, located just behind our Everett Children's Adventure Garden, is open to groups. Although out of doors, the pavilion is a covered area, and is the only designated area to picnic.

How long does it take to walk through the Enid Haupt Conservatory?

Approximately 45 minutes.

How far is the Conservatory from the Visitor Entrance?

It is approximately a 5-minute walk.

Does the Tram stop at the Enid Haupt Conservatory?

The tram does not stop at the Conservatory.
