Join us at the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden for a special story time event with Finnish Children’s book Illustrator and writer Marika Maijala in the Oak Swamp Story Spot. Marika’s latest book, Rosie Runs, is an energetic creation that began on the pages of Marika’s notebooks—the story of a greyhound who escapes her track and leaps to freedom as spectators gasp in wonder. She learns to explore, feel the wind on her back, make friends, and run because she loves it (not because anyone is egging her on to race).
