Get a rare behind-the-scenes look at NYBG’s state-of-the-art laboratory and meet some of the scientists who lead teams studying DNA and genomes in order to understand plant diversity at the most fundamental level. Highlighted research projects include Living fossils, aimed at understanding plant lineages that have survived for hundreds of millions of years, and EvoNet, which seeks to explain how plants survive in extreme climates.
