This Spring Break, little explorers in Pre-K and Kindergarten can join the fun at the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden! Campers will tiptoe through blooming trails to Daffodil Hill and the Native Plant Garden, where nature is waking up all around them. 

Each day is packed with joyful songs, outdoor play, and hands-on crafts that celebrate the magic of spring. All participants must be fully toilet-trained. 

*Camp starts daily at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Early drop-off (8 a.m.), late pickup (5 p.m.), and extended pickup (until 6 p.m.) available on a weekly basis. Spring into adventure! Campers will explore the vibrant 250-acre New York Botanical Garden as it bursts into bloom. They’ll discover amazing plants, create colorful crafts, and dive into fun experiments that show how plants, animals, and even rocks are all connected. With scavenger hunts and nature journals in hand, campers will become plant detectives—observing, exploring, and uncovering the secrets of the wonderful world of plants!

Explore the Bronx River! Campers dive into real science- collecting data, exploring wildlife, and going behind the scenes to discover how NYBG studies the Bronx River and beyond.

Dive into the wonders of the natural world this summer at NYBG’s Science Camp!

Campers spend the day outdoors on the 250-acre NYBG campus: hiking, experimenting, creating art and playing with their fellow campers and staff. Weekly themes feature junior botanists, woodland adventures and wild wetlands.

Dig into the summer season!

Using the Edible Academy’s greenhouse, classroom building, and gardens, campers will investigate plant growth and learn all about vegetables. Campers will use the NYBG grounds as an outdoor classroom to investigate themes of art and ecology. Children will engage in hands-on gardening, learn about sustainability, and participate in culinary and crafting activities.
