Assistant Maintainer
Engineering - Position Application Number: P-1204
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Assist with the maintenance and repair of building equipment, facilities, and performance of related work.
· Assist in the maintenance and repair of all Garden facilities.
· Provide assistance with work in masonry, carpentry, painting electrical, plumbing, automotive, snow removal, and specifically HVAC.
Requirements:
· Two years experience in assisting with building maintenance work especially HVAC.
· Universal CFC license preferred.
· HVAC, electrical, and technical education preferred.
· Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Must pass a written and practical test.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· FDNY Certificate of Fitness is a plus.
