  • Job Title: Full-Time Gardener

    Organization: Greenrock Corporation

    Job Description: 

    The Greenrock Full Time Gardener position reports to the Curator of Gardens and is responsible for assisting in the overall garden maintenance of the historic Rockefeller Estate, owned by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and
    administered by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund under the direction of the Curator of Gardens. Duties include: assisting in maintaining all aspects of well-established garden areas, planting, dividing, some propagation, transplanting, weeding, pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, etc. as directed, and interacting with the public in a polite and friendly manner.


    The Greenrock Corporation advances the National Trust’s Mission by providing property management services to historic property owned by the National Trust, including ongoing maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, landscaping, security, and conservation.

    Salary: $28 per hour (annualized to $58,240 based on a schedule of 40 hours/week)
