All-Garden Pass tickets include daytime access to the Holiday Train Show, Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, and Tram Tour, plus Garden features including outdoor collections.

New: Flex Ticket

Enjoy peace of mind with the new Flex ticket to the Holiday Train Show®. This option allows you to arrive at any time before 4:30 p.m. on your selected date without reserving a specific 15-minute time slot. Even if timed-entry tickets are sold out, your entry is guaranteed.

  • Flex tickets are available for Adult and Child tickets on both peak and off-peak dates.
  • Flex tickets are an additional $10.
  • Members and Patrons can purchase Flex tickets for $10 each.

Note: Flex tickets do not include skip-the-line access. Entry is not guaranteed for visitors without tickets or those who arrive fewer than 45 minutes before closing.

  • The Holiday Train Show® takes place in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, which is accessed with timed entry tickets. Although these tickets are sold in 15-minute increments, you may spend as much time enjoying the exhibition as you wish. If you would like the peace of mind to attend at any time on your selected date, consider choosing a Flex Ticket instead.

    Get your tickets online before you visit for guaranteed access to the exhibition. Members, bring your Member Card and parking pass with your tickets.

    Holiday Train Nights require separate tickets which will be made available to the public starting October 22, 2024.

  • The New York Botanical Garden is generally open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday.

    Early Closures: December 6 (Conservatory and Holiday Train Show® close at 3 p.m.); December 24 (NYBG closes at 3 p.m.)

    Closures: November 28 (Thanksgiving) and December 25 (Christmas)
