As Manager of the Nolen Greenhouses for Living Collections, Marc Hachadourian oversees the state-of-the-art greenhouse complex where tens of thousands of plants are grown for Conservatory exhibitions; the gardens, collections, and seasonal displays; and scientific research. Marc began his career at the Garden 10 years ago as horticulturist for the orchid collection and now serves in a curatorial capacity for that collection. A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Plant Science, Marc has over 20 years of experience in horticulture, specializing in orchids, tropical and aquatic plants, bulbs, and alpines. He is an active member of many professional societies and has a strong interest in the conservation and cultivation of many groups of plants. Marc oversees the CITES Rescue Center Program for the Garden, helping to take in and rehabilitate plants that have been illegally imported.

Tuesday - Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Closed most Mondays, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day.
