Various Times | At the Garden
Take a spooky stroll through the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden this fall! Fearsome and friendly scarecrows return to greet you as you walk along the trails. Grab a scavenger hunt to search for signs of fall in our Garden. The Discovery Center plaza will be filled with a variety of specimens in the cucurbit family to observe pumpkins and gourds up close!
Guided Activities
Weekdays; 1:30–5:30 p.m.
Weekends; 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Peek inside a pumpkin and even create your own mini fizzing pumpkin experiment to take home. Learn about spooky critters like bats and spiders and their important role in our ecosystem, and listen to autumn tales in our Swamp Oak Story Spot. Pot up your own festive fall plant to take home.

Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Celebration Weekend
October 8–10
Visit the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden for a celebration of Hispanic/Latinx heritage. Explore activities that celebrate the Hispanic Diaspora, from making your own seed maracas to starting a dance party and potting up a mini corn garden to learn about the importance of maize across Latin America. Listen to stories of Hispanic and Latinx heritage during storytime in Swamp Oak Story Spot.
