The forecast is warming up over the next few days

The forecast is warming up over the next few days as spring weather moves in, making it an ideal time to get outdoors for some birding! 🪶

There are plenty of feathered friends to sight throughout our 250 acres, whether you’ve got your binoculars or not. Listen for the woodpeckers hammering away like forest contractors, look for bright red cardinals floofed up among the branches, and spot mallard pairs in the Native Plant Garden.

Last Thursday’s Orchid Dinner at @theplazahotel was another fantastic success in support of our ongoing work in plant science and conservation, horticulture, and education. With 400 guests in attendance, it was a sold-out evening of gorgeous tablescapes and fabulous orchids—all made possible by some of the most skilled and imaginative floral designers working today.
