As summer warms up, we're cooling off in some of the shadiest spots in the Garden. 🌲🌤️

The Thain Forest is the place to be for miles of trails that take you out of the city and put you among the sun-dappled paths of our 50-acre, old-growth woodland. And the Native Plant Garden is a perfect escape to find a bench, open a book, and relax to the sound of wildlife among one of our greenest collections.

Our newest exhibition transforms the Haupt Conservatory and its surroundings with the natural beauty that inspired Vincent van Gogh’s world-renowned paintings. As the seasons change, so too do our botanical displays! Come experience our field of monumental sunflowers as it grows and blooms, see the actual flowers that inspired Van Gogh filling our Perennial Garden with color, and explore large-scale contemporary art that gives you the perfect photo op for your day out.
