Get to Know Cattails

Posted in Plant Science , Videos on July 9, 2020, by Matt Newman

Cattails are a familiar summer sight in wetlands—and they’re full of unique adaptations for kids to discover.

Join NYBG’s Arvolyn Hill, Family Programs Coordinator for our Everett Children’s Adventure Garden, to learn how this plant provides food and shelter for all sorts of other creatures.
