The Enid A. Haupt Conservatory is transformed into an enchanting landscape, wrapped in the glow of twinkling lights. Model trains and trolleys zip along over bridges and on winding tracks past scaled replicas selected from the Garden’s collection of 140 New York landmarks, created entirely from plant parts.

This exhibition highlights some rarely seen items that reveal the extraordinary beauty and depth of the Library’s collections. This special display includes visually stunning examples of some of the greatest flower books ever published, beautiful books on fruit, sumptuously illustrated mycological works, and a gallery of images drawn from the Library’s holdings of original botanical artwork.
